Area of application
These sales conditions are exclusively valid. They are acknowledged as binding by placing the order. Possibly opposing business terms and conditions of the purchaser are regarded as explicitly excluded. Additional agreements, modifications, or supplements of the contract are only effective if they were confirmed by the seller in writing. Confirmations of the contrary by the purchaser by reference to his business respectively purchase conditions are hereby objected.
Contract
The purchase contracts are created by acceptance of the order. The acceptance of the order takes place in writing or by performing the delivery.
Prices/Shipping
All stated prices are Euro amounts (Switzerland: Swiss Franks) and are including the legal sales tax. Shipping fees are added according to the special payment conditions. For customers from non-EU countries (except for Switzerland) the prices are reduced by the legal sales tax. The fees for customs are included in the prices for shipping; customs and import fees are billed to the customer directly by the shipping agency. For orders from Switzerland the prices are displayed in Swiss Franks and then converted into Euro amounts at the current conversion rate for payment processing. Shipping costs according to the separate payment conditions are added. The prices are stated including the Swiss value added tax, we pay for costs for customs, duties and import fees. Offsetting of collected credit is not possible for order via Internet due to technical reasons.
The goods are usually shipped within 3 working days, to Switzerland within 7 working days.
Methods of payment
Purchasers from Germany have the option of paying for their order via payment in advance, PayPal, credit card and bank transfer. Payment by credit card is done after shipping of the order.
Purchasers from abroad have the option of paying for their order via payment in advance, PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer (AT, CH, NL, BE, UK).
Right of rescission
The purchaser is no longer bound to the order if he enforces his right of rescission within a term of two weeks after receiving the goods. The cancellation must not contain a confirmation and can be done in writing, on a permanent data carrier or by returning the object or service.
To maintain the term a timely dispatch to the following address is sufficient:
In case of a cancellation we reimburse completed payments for goods after we receive the returned goods. The processing term of credit reimbursements is approximately 10 working days. The reimbursement is done by the same means as the payment. Please use the original packaging for the return shipment. In case of return shipments of damaged or used goods Naketano GmbH is authorized to enforce damage compensation claims. Original labels on the goods may not be removed or damaged.
The return shipment for customers from Germany is done at our costs above a goods value of € 40,00, we reimburse the package fee. Please do not send us freight forward packages, as these cost € 12,00. Return shipments of customers from Germany up to an order value of € 40,00 and from purchasers from abroad are shipping at the costs of the purchaser.
Liability
Naketano GmbH does not assume any liability for possible damages that are caused by usage of the purchased products, especially due to improper application.
Damage compensation claims are excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Warranty
The warranty term is 24 months as of delivery. In case of reclamation the purchase date must be proven with an invoice. The reclaimed item must be sent to Naketano GmbH, Max-Keith-Str. 29, 45136 Essen together with a copy of the invoice.
The warranty does not cover normal wear.
The warranty becomes void if the customer modifies the delivered goods.
Care
Please pay attention to the washing instructions on the labels of the items. Damages caused by false cleaning are not covered.
Retention of title
The goods remain property of Naketano GmbH up to full payment.
Data saving
The data necessary for business processing are saved and forwarded to associated companies in the framework of the order processing if necessary.
All personal data is handled confidentially.
We exchange data with other mail order companies and service companies for marketing purposes. In this course we consider issues under protection.
Right of objection according to Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
As a person involved according to BDSG there is a right of objection to the usage or transfer of data for advertisement purposes. Beyond that there is a right for information as well as a right for correction, blocking and deletion of the data we saved under certain circumstances.

Delivery times
