Returns & Refunds

Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please return goods in their undamaged original packaging and use an appropriate shipping box.

Items sent within Germany can be returned to us free of charge, using the DHL return label enclosed in your parcel. Customers in Austria can return items free of charge via the Österreichische Post (Austrian postal service). 

For orders from other EU countries, a return label is included for free returns.                      

We cannot offer free returns for orders from non-EU countries (e.g.: USA, Canada, Australia).

All deliveries include a return label. For specific country information, please click here.

If you no longer have your return label, you can also request one online.
This service is only available for returns within Germany. Customers outside of Germany are welcome to contact us at shop@naketano.com to request a return label.

This will take you to the website of our shipping partner. Please provide your order number as well as all the required address details and click the “Send” button.

You will then receive an email with a return label for your return.
Print out this label and attach it to your returns parcel, ensuring that it is clearly visible.
You can deposit this parcel free of charge at your nearest post office or DHL branch. Returns from Austria can be given to the Österreichische Post AG (Austrian postal service).

We generally require around 7 working days to process and validate returns, after which you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for your original order.

You can return items to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, without the need to state any reason.
After the 30 days period, returns are not possible unless the item is damaged or faulty. Our legal guarantee applies in such a case and we kindly ask you to contact CUSTOMER SERVICES.
